说好也有用中文形式签了合同，我出地方，对方经营，我抽成15%，现在经过几个月经营，对方撤走，只付了一点，还有2千不给，各位有何好对策？

不打官司心有不甘，但打官司可能费钱费神费力费心。对方要是没钱了你胜诉也白搭。要是不差那点钱，摸摸鼻子move on。

对方有钱，就是耍赖，能够给他一个credit agent 上一个report吗？

呵呵，那你得先赢官司，然后那判决书找追债公司，才能上

去你所在的州的小额法庭起诉对方，只需要在网上填写一个表（Statement of Claim），然后邮寄给对方即可。
但凡脑子正常的人看到这个都会吓得赶紧找你来协商。
如果遇到了脑子不正常的人，发出去的21天后提交一个statutory declaration声明你已经送达，找GP盖章，然后法院就会安排开庭了。
部分州（NSW）如果被起诉人不回应，起诉人自动胜诉。
每个州的网站都把步骤写的相当清楚，你不需要律师，小额法庭也不允许律师上庭。

When the application is filed, the details of the time and location for the hearing are usually written on the application.

You cannot have a lawyer represent you at the hearing(s) unless the Court permits you to.

square app 是最直接的，是营业额抽成，不是利润，这方面对方已经确认，没有疑问。

有证据有合同，直接上小额法庭就好了，没啥成本，应该会先介绍你们双方调解的，那时候有一个机会让你们两个和解。

对方可能也是这么想的，但是澳洲如果容许这种现象存在而不受惩罚就有问题，以后他还会伤害别人。

只要有姓名地址你可以在本地法院上诉。你要准备好证据。他要应诉，否则缺席审判。最后判下来法庭会给你一个order。你可以拿着这个order再次跟他要债，但是老赖的话他这个时候还是可以不给你。我从未听说过法警可以转钱的，

网暴的话他反而可以告你诽谤。

所以你最好就是去他家，堵门。

我以前新闻看到一个官司

一户悉尼人家，本来就欠银行几百块钱，但是他们认为这钱不合理，就是不付
结果罚金加起来滚到1w刀，他们依然不付钱
银行就告他们破产，房子被拍卖付款
也找不到律师帮他们打官司

因为被破产的人是没有钱的，可没有律师会义务劳动

也是可以试问一下debit collector, 平时欠我们公司几百块的我们都有找他们去追的，他们收取的费用都是由欠钱的人支付的
